ASIAMARINE Singapore presents this 2009/2026 refurbished 60ft/ 18.29m Houseboat with 5.36m beam. The refurbishment is completed in February 2026. The boat can cruise at 6 knot with twin Yu Chai 6 Cylinder turbo-charged engines at 175 hp each. She has a 17.5 KVA Onan generator. The batteries are changed in April 2024 and the brand is ACDELCO. This boat is manufactured in Hong Kong.
On the main deck, you have an open kitchen and dining area. The recently renovated galley features a modern concept with brand new appliances. The outdoor back area is a cozy terrace which leads to the swim platform and the large sundeck at the fore. The mezzanine deck functions like an office area. At the top deck you have and indoor and outdoor area. The current owner added brand new household AC which cools the boat quickly. On the lower deck, you will spot 4 cabins with 3 heads. The boat comes with 2 double suite bedrooms with en-suite toilets. Two guest bedrooms comes with bunkbeds. There is a washing and dryer machine onboard. The boat comes with good quality stainless steel guard rail. The teak has been sanded with new sealant applied. The engines and generator have been serviced.
