About this vessel
Amaroo is a very well-specified 2014 Hanse 575 berthed in Sydney Harbour. Delivered in Germany in 2014, she has been well-specified for Bluewater cruising or fast coastal adventures. In her current format, she is used for casual harbour racing, cruising and entertaining.
Recently added to her inventory are a North 3Di upwind sails wardrobe and a G Zero Gennaker on a Facnor Carbon Furler. Her covers have recently been upgraded with a black and complete Bimini and Spray Dodger arrangement. On deck is a very durable and stylish Flexiteek deck, allowing easy maintenance and long life.
Ordered as a very practical four-cabin, four-head version, Amaroo has enough internal volume to allow this layout. Her cabins all have a private ensuite, and her enormous saloon and cockpit allow enough lounging space for additional guests when necessary. She is powered by an upgraded 150hp Volvo diesel through a shaft with a three-blade feathering propellor, and her generator is a 10Kva Fisher Panda. She was fitted at the factory with a 32000 BTU air-conditioning system, which has recently had a significant re-fit. Her instruments are all B&G and include Radar and AIS receiver and transponder.
On deck Amaroo presents beautifully. Her black painted Seldon mast and black carbon V boom sit well beside her black covers and hull stripes.
