Custom built with an eye to detail she sits on raised aluminium pontoons at jetty height offering a dry hassle free driving experience with easy access directly off the jetty through an over width bow door.
House hold sized proportions throughout the boat with a large L shaped galley with twin fridges, plenty of storage space, twin stainless steel sinks, gas cooker, BBQ and LG microwave. It feels more like a house than a house boat.
Room for a couple of easy chairs in the lounge room this is definitely a home away from home, turn the AC on, there is two of them when the weather heats up and enjoy all the local Mandurah waterways have to offer.
Accommodation for the whole family with a large aft master cabin complete with queen sized berth, a bunk room to the Starboard side with twin bunks currently being used as storage and two berths aft above the engine boxes for the kids friends to spend the night. You have 8 berths available if required.
A comfortable head along the port side aft with a regulation shower bigger than most and comfortable for the taller people amongst us with 600 lt Stainless Steel water tank you can have a decent shower onboard, an electric toilet to holding tank. The timing between heading to the sullage pump out is extended with a large alloy holding tank at approximately 1000 lt..
Cruising on La-Premiere is about as relaxing as you might find with an extended forward decking with overhead shade, an ideal way to watch the day drift by and a huge aft decking with breezeway surrounds, double stainless sink and extended swim platform perfect for throwing a few crab nets off or pulling the dinghy along side.
Powered by a pair of Yamaha 25 Hp hi thrust four stroke outboards with hydraulic steering and very low hours she gets around the local waterways in comfort with all the power you need to berth her and navigate the Murray river.
