About this vessel
Designed by Juan-K and built by King Marine, as TELEFONICA for the 2012-12 Volvo Ocean Race.
The last generation of VO70 and sister-ship of the winner GROUPAMA 4. This generation of VO70 designed by our office, has been dominating since then most of the Classic Offshore events.
In 2016, under the name BLACKJACK, a Turbo Charged version has been studied and implemented in the quest of a faster boat to chase line honours. And since 2020, under the actual name, she is collecting impressive results.
PYEWACKET VO70 is in stunning condition, thanks to its original quality of built and then to the highest professional care from the permanent and racing crew. She will be available for racing after Maxi World's in Sardinia in time for St Tropez. Juan Yachts Design has available a plan for the next generation of IRC optimisation possible on this boat with a few easy modifications.
