The SeaPiper 37 pocket trawler combines simplicity, practicality, and affordability to create a versatile cruising experience. Measuring at 37'2" in length with an 8 1/2 foot beam, this trawler is designed for boaters seeking an economical, low maintenance, and steadfast design in a compact, trailerable package.

The SeaPiper 37's design is mission-focused, proving a compact, trailerable trawler yacht that maximizes utility and value. Designed to offer excellent handling characteristics and great fuel economy, she radiates character without compromising on performance.

The SeaPiper will be equally at home island hopping in the Caribbean, exploring the Pacific Northwest, navigating the Great Loop, or cruising off the Atlantic Coast - wherever your next adventure awaits. Embark on a journey of affordable adventure with the SeaPiper 37 - where innovation meets tradition, and every voyage becomes a testament to the joy of cruising.

Central in the SeaPiper's layout, the pilothouse/salon is the primary living cabin. Joined with the galley, the open space offers comfortable seating for four around a settee table. The settee table is mounted on two pedestals to enable converting the settee into a comfortable double berth. A wide sliding door connects the pilothouse o the mid cockpit with no steps, making outdoor access convenient for pilot and passengers. The helm station, to starboard, provides a captain's chair and ample space for essential control systems. The pilothouse is equipped with seven fixed safety glazed windows, two rear bulkhead port lights, two roof ventilators, and 20" x 20" overhead hatch for natural light. Storage is easily accessible beneath the settee, and a floor hatch allows entry to the machinery space below. Handholds, along with two overhead, switchable white/red LED lights, enhance the functionality and safety of the pilothouse.

Two steps down from the pilothouse/salon is the L-shaped galley, featuring ample counter surface, large storage capacity in lockers both to port and starboard, and separate storage shelf around the perimeter. The galley offers four opening port lights and one solar powered ventilator. The galley comes standard with high quality appliances, including a 2-burner LPG cook top, a 4.6 cu ft DC refrigerator, single stainless sink, hot and cold water faucet, and built-in platform prepped for future microwave or other preferred appliance (outlets are powered by a 2,200W inverter). There are handrails and one individually switched overhead white/red light. Two steps up connect the galley to the aft cockpit with a sliding door and a flip up scuttle.

The aft cockpit has molded in seating to port and starboard. Each side houses a 5gal/20lbs LPG locker sealed and vented per ABYC regulations. With the transom doors open, the cockpit extends onto the swim deck and offers easy water access. The emergency tiller utilizes the aft cockpit sole hatch. Dock line cleats are in molded pockets port and starboard. Access to the water is convenient from the low swim deck. The cockpit walking surface has a non-slip coating. There is a hinged hatch in the deck to gain access to the lazarette and steering gear.

The large mid cockpit is designed to offer unequalled flexibility. It provides superb access to the docks or water from a position of reduced motion of the boat through two side boarding doors. The cockpit has a minimum height of 29" coaming all around. Port and starboard are storage compartments that come with seating cushions and handrails. The mid cockpit provides quick and easy engine access through a large hatch. The cockpit walking surface has an anti-slip coating. Cleats are located fore and aft, and port and starboard.

Access to the forward cabin is from the mid cockpit. This cabin is equipped with comfortable v-berth with storage underneath. An insertable platform and pillow cushion are provided to convert the berth into a double berth. To starboard is the hanging locker, to port is the head. The head features a wash basin, hot and cold water taps, and sliding doors. The electric macerating toilet uses freshwater to flush. The shower arrangement is a pull-out faucet/showerhead, and the sole includes a non-skid surface. The forecabin is equipped with four(4) opening ports, two passive ventilators, one solar powered ventilator, and a 20" x 20" overhead hatch. There are two LED bedside reading lights port and starboard and there is one overhead LED light (with white/red light selection).

The SeaPiper is equipped with a bow roller and electric windlass. There is a large anchor locker with easy access through two hinged deck hatches. The anchor is designed to be self-launching. Heavy duty anchoring, docking cleats, and fairleads are included to allow setting of two bow anchors and a bridle towing arrangement.

The engine room is accessible through a dedicated hatch in the mid cockpit. In the area forward of the engine there is room to access the engine front and sides. Inside the pilothouse is also a hatch that allows access to the area behind the engine, the shaft seal, and exhaust system.

Extensive sound insulation is present between the engine room and the pilothouse/salon. The engine room ventilation is through dedicated ports of large capacity and the intake is protected from taking water.

The engine room also houses the house battery bank, fuel tanks, water tanks, the waste tank and there is a dedicated location for the 120VAC diesel genset.
