Description
The Stessl Seahawk is a robust aluminium plate half-cabin designed to venture further offshore in comfort and safety. Built on the latest Platetrix hull with increased deadrise, it delivers a soft, predictable ride and excellent seakeeping, backed by substantial fuel capacity for long-range fishing or extended coastal cruising.
A true half-cabin layout provides generous 6 ft bunks for overnighting, while still leaving a large, open cockpit with ample room for multiple anglers or family and friends. Heavy-gauge 5083 high-tensile bottom plating and 5052 marine-grade side sheets are fully supported by welded bulkheads and frames, and a full-height transom with twin boarding platforms enhances security at rest and under way.
The Seahawk’s helm area features a large dash fascia to accommodate oversized electronics, a wrap-around tinted acrylic windscreen and Baystar hydraulic steering with a Gussi sports wheel. Pedestal-mounted deluxe helm seats on slides and swivels, a folding rear lounge with backrest and thoughtful touches such as cup holders and a driver’s footrest contribute to a comfortable and ergonomic driving experience.
Fishing and practical features are extensive across the range, including an aluminium anchor well, anchor winch brackets, large side pockets, riveted aluminium rod holders, transducer brackets, and RAILBLAZA TracLoader coamings. Long-range underfloor aluminium fuel tanks with sender units are fitted to each model, and Australian Standards approved underfloor foam flotation provides added peace of mind. Owners can further tailor their Seahawk with a wide array of factory options, from bait boards and live bait tanks to Bimini and clears, targa bars and an enclosed hardtop with glass windscreen and sliding windows on larger sizes.
