About this vessel
SCARAMOUCHE is a first-family-ownership Bianca 414, superbly maintained, regularly upgraded and professionally surveyed in 2025. Renowned for its graceful lines, robust construction and superb behaviour at sea, the Bianca 414 is one of the finest yachts produced by the Danish yard Bianca Yachts.
A perfect balance of performance, safety and timeless elegance.
History of the Yard & Naval Architecture
Bianca Yachts, based in Rudkøbing, Denmark, built some of the most solid GRP yachts of the 1970s-1980s. The Bianca 414 is a flagship example of their Scandinavian quality and aesthetic clarity.
Designed by the legendary team of Paul Elvström (four-time Olympic champion) and Jan Kjærulff, the Bianca 414 features all the hallmarks of great Nordic yacht design: low freeboard, clean flush deck, long elegant bow, narrow fast hull.
A truly timeless classic.
Sailing Performance
The Bianca 414 is admired for its stiffness, balance and lively character. With nearly 4 tonnes of lead ballast (~50% ratio) and a narrow hull, it offers impressive stability, reefing usually needed only above 20 knots, excellent upwind performance, fast and playful under spinnaker, and smooth and precise helm feel. A yacht designed for sailors who enjoy responsive, pure sailing.
