The interior of this Cape George 31 is a masterful blend of classic craftsmanship and functional design.

Forward, a spacious V berth features a hanging locker and storage lockers. The head includes a composting head, sink, shower, numerous storage cabinets, and an on demand hot water heater. The salon features port and starboard settees that can be used as additional berths. Eight large bronze opening ports, a deck hatch, and central companionway provide natural light and ventilation. New interior cushions were added in 2024. A diesel cabin heater and centerline table with drop down leafs complete the space.

To port, the compact galley maximizes the use of available space and features a two burner propane stove with oven, 12v/110v refrigerator/freezer, hot and cold pressure water, and a stainless steel sink.

The navigation station sits opposite the galley to starboard and includes a chart table and Garmin VHF radio AIS transceiver. A quarter berth sits aft of the nav station and is excellent and secure at sea.

The cockpit is roomy with tiller steering, a robust boom gallows, and Barlow winches. Sails include a mainsail (loose footed, excellent condition), genoa (excellent condition), staysail (good condition), and an asymmetric spinnaker (excellent condition). A spinnaker pole, whisker pole, and separate track on the mast for storm trysail complete the sailing rig.
