'Aloe Vera' is a 1988 Halmatic 30 MKII Century Edition, a rare long-keel cruising yacht designed by John Sharp. Renowned for her seaworthiness and reassuring handling, she is equally suited to coastal cruising and extended offshore passages. One of only 15 Century Edition models built to commemorate the production of the 100th Halmatic 30, she benefits from teak-laid decks and generous fuel and water tank capacities. She is accompanied by an excellent ownership file, including the original builder's contract, certification documents and a complete ownership history, having had just three owners from new.
