About this vessel
Van De Stadt Seal 36 (build #109) built in 1998 in southern Victoria. All bulkheads, frames, chine plates, and deck beams were blasted white and coated with inorganic zinc before assembly. All welding was spot blasted and zinced.
New Yanmar 4JH 54hp diesel fitted in 2018 showing 1300 hours. Standing rigging will be replaced by current owner before launch. Headsail and main in good condition, both with furling systems (mainsail furlex in mast).
Double cabin aft with large double midships and single in forepeak. One toilet/shower. Twin 12v portable fridge/freezers. Gas oven and cooktop.
Yacht comes with 3m polycraft tender and Yamaha 15hp outboard motor. Re-launching fees are pre-paid. Yacht is Australian registered.
