About this vessel
JULIA is a beautifully crafted Nordia 58 sailing yacht, custom-built by Van Dam Shipyards in the Netherlands and delivered in 2001. Designed as a larger version of the Nordia 55, she offers greater internal volume, a wider stern, and expanded storage and deck space aft. Her traditional lines are complemented by a modern touch, making her a safe and reliable world cruiser built to CE Category A-OCEAN standards, ideal for worldwide cruising.
JULIA features teak surfaces and a well-protected center cockpit with a steering console. The layout is designed for ease of handling. The sloop cutter rig ensures excellent sailing performance. For added convenience, she is equipped with a bow thruster, stern davits for tender storage, and a telescopic gangway.
Step inside, and you'll find a spacious, semi-raised saloon midships bathed in natural light from the large hull portholes, overhead hatches, and surrounding windows. The interior is finished in warm cherrywood with teak and holly floorboards. The saloon features a comfortable seating area with a dining table to port and a chart table to starboard, connecting to the fully equipped galley, which is located along the passageway leading to the master cabin.
