About this vessel
Alfa 51 Lux, designed by Jacopin and Brillakis, is a beautifully built sail yacht of 15 m on classic racing and cruising hull lines. She offers excellent seaworthiness together with an excellent average speed and maximum comfort on board.
Built in 2003, with refits in 2017 and 2021, she is fitted with a superb 100 hp TD Yanmar engine that, combined with generous sail area and a sleek hull, ensures a good pace in all weather and sea conditions, with average speeds of 8 knots and sailing speeds up to 10 knots.
The yacht features 4 double cabins with a height of over 2 m, all well ventilated and equipped with a real bathroom with shower. The two double cabins in the bow can be combined on request to obtain a very spacious XXL Owner's Suite of over 10 square metres, with 2 private bathrooms, supernumerary wardrobes and drawers, and many portholes equipped with blackout curtains.
The interior features true teak wood with a minimum height of 2 m in the dinette and all 4 cabins. The deck, covered bench, aft and teak seats measure 12 mm and are in really good condition. The cruising and racing hull design incorporates a lead ballast of 4800 kg and a draft of 2 m.
