The Sunreef 60 is one of the most popular models Sunreef built and has the modern lines Sunreef is so famous and loved for.
With the 5 cabins layout and the galley up she offers the maximum amount of guests onboard, smartly using the space such a catamaran has to offer.
Once onboard you have great sensation of being connected to the sea while the balance between open spaces and indoor spaces is well designed.
In the saloon you enjoy 360° seaview and at anchor you can see the scenery also while having a meal inside on the foldable table, that offers space for up to 10 guests.
The forward exterior area on the bow offers a cozy lounge with a sofa and lounge table. From there you can observe the surrounding nature while being protected from wind and spray.
Between the hulls the typical trampolin nets have been renewed as well as an upgraded anchor winch and 100m of stainless steel anchor chain have been installed.
On the aft section you have a lounge bed that is nicely protected from the elements, while giving you an elevated position to observe the surroundings. Also the generous open space layout gives plenty of room to move around or to lounge in the sofa on the hydraulic lifting platform, that has a capacity to lift up to 850kg and fully submerge into the water creating your own private swimming beach.
The flybridge offers again a generous amount of space to both lounge on the 3 sunbeds or have an al fresco meal on the teak wood table, that can convert from dining setup into a low lounge table.
For the sailing enthusiasts you have the carbon performance mast and boom, as well as a electric furling system for the genoa and the gennaker.
There is also a lazyjack and bag, to have the fully battened main sail made of Dacron easily go into the boom.
Further you have a code zero, asymetric SPI and a 260m2 Parasailor. The Gennaker is made of polyester.
This yacht is located in the newly renovated Marina of Cascais, 30 minutes from Lisbon Airport and the City with the famous mix of landmarks, relaxed vibes, good food and amazing Sunlight with mild spring and autumns.
Cascais is an ideal winter location due to the reasonable maintenance prices despite skilled service companies, and the existing crew is fantastic and motivated to continue the working charter setup.
Also geographically it's located well, you can enjoy some owner weeks as early as march or as late as end of October, and in between give the yacht for day charter to the local 5 Star hotels that offer trips to the monuments of Lisbon or the Caribbean like beaches of Troja to further grow the charter income. For the European high season the crew can take her in 3 days to the balearics, to South of France, Sardegna, or even Adriatic or Greece. Once back for some Autumn service the crew consists of experienced sailors that comfortably can take this sailing catamaran over to the Caribbean for the winter season.
All in all this is a winning combination of the perfect sailing catamaran, professional crew and great location, granting further success in making more money than you invest in maintenance.
