About this vessel
An absolute charm of a yacht. The Maxi 100 PS is a Swedish yacht of note, a very popular yacht in her day and this one comes to the market loaded with much new kit. A full refit two years ago gave a new look interior, all new upholstery, a brand new Betamarine engine with new shaft, Volvo stuffing box and Volvo folding two blade prop, brand new Raymarine autopilot, brand new Raymarine sailing instruments and much more.
The yacht was launched a year or so ago with all new through hulls and valves, a perfectly clean hull and has been a common sight cruising these waters.
A great yacht for really economical cruising in this region and perfectly set up.
Accommodation
The new open plan layout makes for a large saloon and adjoining fore cabin. The bathroom is surprisingly large and the biggest surprise is the large aft cabin. All upholstery was new this year and all lighting has been replaced with LED. Four 12 volt fans. All windows were replaced in 2018.
Galley
A practical sea going design with a 2025 brand new fridge 18 litre Apicool 12 volt fridge/freezer. It runs effortlessly on the solar panel and also has a 220VAC power pack. Induction cooker. Plenty of shelf space and cupboards. Portable gas stove with butane. Two cool boxes, no compressor. Katadyn 80 watermaker.
Heads
One, a new manual Jabsco.
Showers
One, in bathroom, new shower head 2019. No hot water.
Mast & Rigging
New mast and all new standing rigging since 2020. The headsail is self tacking.
