About this vessel
RITI is a motor yacht built in 1989 from wood, presented in as-new condition. She has been owned by 3 previous owners and is licensed for 12 persons with unlimited navigation up to 150 NM from safe haven.
The yacht features a spacious saloon and flybridge, with accommodation across 4 cabins providing 6 + 2 berths. The master cabin includes an en-suite shower and WC, whilst 2 twin guest cabins each have their own en-suite shower and WC. A crew cabin with en-suite shower and WC completes the sleeping arrangements. Four wet rooms serve the accommodation spaces.
The galley is equipped with an extractor fan, freezer, electric hot plate, oven, sink, dual refrigerators, and electric refrigeration. The yacht benefits from a comprehensive suite of navigation and instruments including fish finder, VHF radio, echo sounder, dual chart plotters with GPS, radar, autopilot, board computer, weather radio receiver, sea charts, and harbour handbook.
Technical systems include a battery system with charger and main switch, generator, solar equipment, shore power connection, automatic and electrical bilge pumps with bilge alarm, electrical bow and stern capstans, air conditioning, heating via engine, warm water system, water pressure system, converter, searchlight, seawater processing plant, underwater lights, and position flares.
Deck features include a hard top canopy, teak deck with railings, cockpit table and carpet, integrated and hydraulic bathing platforms, stern, bow, and deck showers, sunbeds at the bow, electric gangway, and tender garage housing a dinghy with engine. Entertainment comprises a home cinema system, Blue-ray player, MP3/CD player with radio, television with satellite system, automatic satellite antenna, and DVB-T TV antenna. Additional deck equipment includes trim tabs (hydraulic), washing machine and dryer, cooler box, bathing ladder, fenders, and main and second anchors.
Safety equipment includes fire extinguishers, integrated fire extinguishing system, EPIRB system, life raft, life jackets, distress signals, and smoke alarm. Handbooks and flags are also provided.
