Overview
About this vessel
This Nautor Swan 46 MK II, built in December 1990, is a racer/cruiser designed by Germán Frers and celebrated for her outstanding performance, solid bluewater capability, and timeless elegance. Featuring a robust fiberglass hull, fin keel, and racing rudder, she offers remarkable stability and agility under sail. With a power comes from a reliable Perkins Prima M60 diesel engine, this Swan 46 is equally at home on the regatta course or on long, comfortable passages offshore.
Andarax has just successfully completed the periodic 5-year Spanish ITV inspection carried out by an authorized surveyor. She has also received new antifouling and a fresh copper coating on the propeller, ensuring she is fully serviced and ready for the upcoming season.
Designed by Germán Frers and built by Nautor Swan, this yacht represents one of the most successful Swan models ever produced and captures the perfect balance between ocean-going capability, racing performance, and luxurious comfort. The sleek Frers hull lines ensure excellent hydrodynamics, while the solid construction provides a secure and confident motion in all sea conditions.
The deck layout reflects Swan's practicality: wide teak decks, deep cockpit with twin coamings, and all sail controls led aft for easy handling, even with a small crew. Robust deck fittings, stainless steel hardware, and Lewmar winches underline the yacht's offshore pedigree.
