About this vessel
Falcon 92 is perfectly maintained, with a comprehensive interior and exterior refit and upgrade programme completed in 2017 and 2018. One of the few yachts of this size with a 5 cabin layout. New teak deck fitted in 2018. VAT paid. Final major refit completed in 2023 with extensive ongoing upgrades through 2025.
The vessel has undergone substantial propulsion and mechanical refits: left engine total refit in 2023, right engine total refit in 2022, gear systems completely new in 2024, shafts and propellers new in 2025, and all hydraulics brand new. All water pumps and general pumps renewed in 2025. Reverse osmosis watermaker replaced with new 400 L/h capacity unit in 2025.
Electrical and navigation systems have been comprehensively upgraded. New Onan 33kW generators (x2), full NMEA 2000 system installation, AIS Class B new in 2024, 5G system with 50-mile range, and new Raymarine suite including GPS, radar, autopilot, and FLIR camera. New Lowrance windlasses (x2).
Deck and exterior enhancements include new teak platform and main deck, new aluminum tender (4.20m) with 60hp Suzuki outboard, new hydrotabs with auto roll/pitch system in 2025, International osmosis protection antifouling applied in 2024, all doors removed and fully resealed for watertightness, and custom-ordered window rollers for 2026.
Interior refurbishments include all new carpets, new mattresses for all beds, new oven and cooktop in 2025, new custom fridge in 2025, and new air conditioning system ordered for 2026.
