Vessel was recently grounded and partially sunk.
Damage and incident:
Major underwater impact, shaft, p bracket, rudder and hull damage. Keel impact damage, hull damage and de-lamination around tiller box. Moderate engine room flooding, genset alternator flooded, lower half of main engines, lower electrical.
Genset has been since run, engine ran without issue, suspect electrical damage from flooding. Port main engine ran after internal cylinder inspection found no water, electrical EDC damage confirmed, ran with manual fuel pump rack control, oil not coloured after run. Starboard main engine appears to be locked by gearbox. Injectors removed, no water in cylinders, no moisture in oil. Rocker cover removed, no moisture in engine. EDC electrical damage confirmed. Lower flooding damage confirmed e.g. starter motor. Cylinders lubed, injectors reinstated.
Gearboxes would need to be removed and stripped to access if any damage.
Would suit a shipwright and mechanic partnership to get it back to its former glory.
