Built to Lloyds of London standards with cold-moulded frames and knees integrated at each frame and the hull itself is cold-moulded with 12 layers of Mahogany, Teak and Tasmanian Oak.
Visually appealing with smooth modern lines, Toroa VI is a single screw, round bilge ketch with a centre-cockpit, rigged and built for ocean cruising, with substantial below deck accommodation. With a number of Fremantle to Bali races under its belt, it has also proven itself as a competitive cruiser-racer.
The sail wardrobe is substantial with a number of sails recently replaced along with all of the rigging in 2026. Auxiliary power is provided by an 80Hp Cummins diesel coupled to a direct shaft drive with a Feathering Prop. Onboard systems are powered by a 6.5Kva Panda generator supplying the refrigeration system and 240 volt hot water system and appliances.
The timeless interior is a masterclass of craftsmanship with gloss timber finishes throughout the spacious saloon and three large cabins serviced by two bathrooms. Below decks you will not find a drop of water, which is further testament to the quality of construction.
