About this vessel
Dufour Gib'Sea 43 cruising sloop well known for her generous volume, comfort and seaworthy handling. Sound, well-maintained boat. A survey report is available, with very limited use since it was issued.
4-cabin / 2-head layout. The 4th cabin (forepeak with bunk beds) has been converted into a technical/storage room, though it is possible to revert to the original configuration.
Hull is solid GRP monolithic laminate with structural liner. Hull/deck joint is bonded and screwed. Underwater areas show no major impacts or deformations, and seacocks and through-hulls are in good condition.
Rig is masthead with aluminium in-mast furling mast (original) with double spreaders. Standing rigging is 1x19 stainless wire in good apparent condition. Running rigging is acceptable. Mainsail and genoa are both fitted with furling systems.
Portside galley features a double stainless sink, storage, stove and oven in good condition. Head has washbasin, shower and manual marine toilet (working), with holding tank. Woodwork, varnish, headlining and floors are in good condition. Interior upholstery is in good condition.
Deck equipment includes complete anchoring gear, electric windlass with remote control, sun awning, swim ladder, dinghy with outboard, and full exterior upholstery with cockpit cushions.
