DXB

MY DXB is a 35m motor yacht built in 2003 by Benetti in Fano, Italy. The yacht's interior has been designed by François Zuretti and has exterior styling by Stefano Righini Design.

The Benetti Classic 35 series was the first semi-custom range developed by the Italian shipyard and has remained one of the company's most popular designs since its debut launch in 1998. The series features luxury yachts with classic but modern lines that create an elegant profile and a vessel with generous amounts of deck space devoted to owner and guests.

DXB offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising 1 owner cabin, 2 VIP cabins, and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 7 crew on board to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

DXB has a cruising speed of 14 knots, max speed of 17 knots and a range of 3,200 NM.

The yacht underwent a comprehensive refit from 2021 to 2022. Interior improvements include new ceilings, flooring in marble and carpet, new fabrics in all cabins, and new electrical blinds in the main and upper salons and master cabin. Lighting, curtains, and audiovisual systems have been automated throughout. New furniture, TVs in the salons and all cabins, and a new surround sound system have been installed. The galley features a new Miele cooktop and an additional dishwasher in the upper salon. The crew area has been fully refurbished with new paint, varnishes, mattresses, bathrooms, and galley seating. All interior design has been reviewed and refreshed, and new art pieces have been added throughout the salons, corridors, and cabins.

Exterior work included a full paint of the hull and superstructure, new teak on the sundeck, bow area, swim platform, and around the jacuzzi perimeter. The entire teak deck was recaulked and sanded. Step lights have been converted from spotlights to hidden LED strip lights, and new ceiling and courtesy lighting has been installed throughout the exterior. All exterior upholstery has been renewed, new outdoor furniture has been added, and a new upper deck extendable dining table with seating area has been installed. A new sun awning and new CCTV and IP camera systems have been added. The wheelhouse electronics have been reviewed and updated.

Below the waterline, the hull bottom has been fully sanded and treated with primer and antifouling coatings. A new depth sounder transducer and underwater sea lights have been installed.
