About this vessel
Built in 2004 and purchased by the current owner in 2008, Peccadillo is arguably the best example of the sought-after Chris White Atlantic 46 Mk II design. With major refits in 2010 and 2022 and a fastidious regular maintenance schedule, Peccadillo has undergone improvements to her rudders, rig, engines and electrics that have made her a superb blue water yacht.
The 2022 rig upgrades have significantly improved her light weather performance while still retaining her heavy weather abilities. All significant upgrades were done in consultation with the designer, Chris White, and with qualified naval architects. Peccadillo has done over 35,000 nm offshore since 2008, mainly in Bass Strait and the Southern Ocean, much of this racing, and has shown herself to be fast, safe, seaworthy and immensely strong. Her interior is simple, comfortable and very functional with everything needed for cruising but no "condomaran" excess.
Peccadillo has participated in over 30 ocean races in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Queensland. Results include multiple line honours victories and regular podium finishes on OMR handicap. A regular competitor in in-shore regattas, including the Festival of Sails, Port Lincoln and the Australian Multihull Championships, she has also been on the podium multiple times.
