Mind the Gap

Mind the Gap offers 3,000 square feet of elegant luxury across three decks. The lower deck comprises two double guest cabins, one single guest cabin with en suite bathroom, an extra guest bathroom, office/study room, family/TV room, and laundry/utility room. The main deck features an aft terrace, fully equipped kitchen/bar, dining/saloon living room, powder room, and a double master cabin with en suite bathroom forward. The top deck includes a drawing room with home cinema and a covered terrace with dining table.

The vessel underwent significant refurbishment in January 2024, including boarding steps attached to the aft, substantial exterior and interior paintwork, upgrade of two aft bedrooms to double beds, interior floor re-staining throughout all levels, kitchen cabinet repainting, and addition of a pantry. Granite tops in the kitchen and marble top in the main bathroom were re-polished. A new BBQ grill was installed, along with new refrigerator and wine fridge. The hull received two coats of anti-fouling and new seacocks were fitted.

Power autonomy is guaranteed by a state-of-the-art lithium battery bank totalling 40 kW (consisting of 8 x 5.12 kW intelligent lithium batteries and 4 additional units) managed by a SUN SYNK solar controller/battery charger/inverter system. Mooring options available in Kwun Tong (barge) and further afield.
