Hull & Deck
Built using vacuum-bagged, premium SCRIMP resin-infused fiberglass sandwich construction with high-density foam core. The design features classic Herreshoff-style aesthetics with a Flag Blue Awlgrip hull, white boot stripe, and red bottom paint. Teak toe rails and coamings are elegantly high-gloss varnished. Five opening Lewmar deck hatches and six fixed oval window ports provide ample natural light. A hidden articulating stainless steel bow roller secures a 35 lb Delta stainless steel plow anchor.
Propulsion & Power
The vessel features an eco-friendly Oceanvolt electric propulsion system with a 2017 Oceanvolt SD10 (10 kW) sail drive offering silent maneuvering, instantaneous torque, zero fumes, and zero vibration. Power comes from a high-capacity 48V lithium battery bank, with range extension provided by a Fischer Panda 1100 (12 kW) diesel generator enclosed in a protective sound shield. A Gori 3-blade feathering bronze propeller is engineered for minimal drag under sail.
Cockpit & Helm
The ergonomic, spacious cockpit is optimized for short-handed sailing. Steering is managed via an Edson 336 folding steering pedestal with a 48" leather-wrapped wheel. An aft drop-down transom transforms into a private swim platform.
Rigging & Sail Handling
A white-painted Hall Carbon Fiber mast and boom support high-performance stainless steel rod rigging. The boat features a specialized Hoyt Jib Boom for self-tacking headsail control. Two electric, 2-speed Harken Re-Wind (reversible) B46 primary winches at the helm offer push-button control, complemented by two Harken 20 self-tailing manual winches on the cabin top. The sail inventory includes a North Sails fully-battened mainsail with Lazy Jack system, North Sails jib with UV protection strip, and a spinnaker.
Interior
The bright Herreshoff-style interior showcases varnished cherry woodwork, white bulkheads, and a traditional teak-and-holly sole. The main salon features two opposing straight blue velvet upholstered settees and a centerline varnished teak folding dining table with hidden storage drawers. An L-shaped galley includes an Isotherm top-loading dual-access refrigerator plus a hidden drawer-style refrigerator, a 2-burner LPG stove with removable Corian filler piece, a double-basin stainless steel sink with pressurized hot/cold freshwater, a built-in microwave, and dedicated wine glass racks. The primary forward stateroom offers a full-length V-berth with blue upholstery, under-bed drawers, vanity station, and private en-suite access to the marine head. An aft guest cabin to starboard features a full twin-sized berth, wardrobe hanging locker, and dedicated storage shelving. The wet-head configuration is accessible from both the salon and forward cabin and features an electric freshwater marine toilet.
Systems
A 55-gallon freshwater tank is paired with a 6-gallon water heater. The advanced Arid Bilge Series 2 dry bilge system is supported by one automatic electric bilge pump and one manual bilge pump.
