Designed by Philippe Briand with interiors by Andrew Winch, the Jeanneau Yachts 51 combines elegant European styling with genuine offshore capability. Built as Jeanneau's premium cruising range, she offers rewarding sailing performance, luxurious accommodation and the confidence to undertake serious blue water passages.

Ocean Dream II was purchased in France by her current owners for what was intended to be a five-year circumnavigation. She has since carried them safely across the Atlantic, throughout the Caribbean, Panama, French Polynesia, Fiji, Vanuatu and ultimately to Australia. Every upgrade was made with one purpose in mind: creating a capable, comfortable and reliable yacht for long-distance short-handed cruising. Their plans changed only because of the arrival of grandchildren back home—not because the boat fell short of expectations.

Her powerful hull, twin wheels, substantial fin keel and Yanmar 110hp shaft-drive engine deliver rewarding sailing performance while remaining easy to handle by a couple.
