NEW BUILD - 11.9m Landing Craft

The vessel is designed as a delta-plane monohull capable of picking up and dropping off passengers and vehicles from a beach. It features a vehicle bow door and a cargo deck sized to suit a conventional 4x4 vehicle such as a Landcruiser. The steering station is located aft on an elevated console.

The vessel is designed and constructed to 2C Survey for 2+10, with construction survey by Maritime Survey Victoria. It shall be provided with an independently audited stability book demonstrating compliance with NSCV Section 6C requirements. The hull and structure are designed to meet NSCV Section C3 and Lloyds SSC standards, with all aluminium plate material in structural applications being 5083-H116/H321, and aluminium extruded material conforming to specified grades. Welding shall be in accordance with the designer's weld schedule and work instructions.

The vessel is quoted with a bare aluminium commercial finish. A vinyl wrap covering the area from fender to gunwale is available at additional expense. The design references the vessel ALT Barge (456438) as a benchmark with regards to standards of fitout and finishes.
