About this vessel
The Marex 330 Scandinavia combines practicality, functionality, ergonomics, and modern lines. It provides excellent performance and smart solutions that guarantee an extraordinary experience on the water.
The 330 Scandinavia was created by shipyard in-house designers, the engineering department and the Slovenian design studio Nikl Design. These close-knit teams have successfully cooperated on all Marex projects for over ten years, and they deeply understand the shipyard's philosophy. Thanks to this, the 330 Scandinavia features spacious outside and inside sitting areas. A sliding door between the cockpit and salon makes the boat suitable for various social settings and an absolute pleasure to cruise in.
The cockpit features a social layout with a U-shaped sofa and dining table that easily accommodates 6-8 people. The table can double in size and has integrated cup holders in the middle. The 330 Scandinavia features Marex's advanced Canopy Solution, with an updated single-mount system allowing quick fastening of the cockpit canopy. The side curtains and roofs can be entirely closed in less than a minute. This user-friendly innovation helps extend the summer season in Northern areas (using a heater) or makes boating more comfortable in warm climates (with AC). The salon can be combined into a single zone with an open area thanks to the sliding patio door. A grill can be installed in the cockpit, but the main galley is in the salon and features a sink, cooling box, fridge, induction/gas hob, and an electric stove. On the opposite side are two sofas, a folding table, and an additional pull-out stool. One of the sofas can be turned from the dinette seat into a co-pilot navigator bench with a flip-over backrest, expanding the salon's practicality and usable space.
There are two cabins on the lower deck and four additional sleeping places in the salon and cockpit. The forward cabin in the bow features a large double bed and a bedside sofa, with ceiling height reaching almost 2 metres. The midship cabin features a large double bed, and all spaces on the lower deck are flooded with light thanks to large portholes.
Safety and Practicality
At 9.99 metres in length, the Marex 330 Scandinavia offers many practical solutions onboard. A folding bench is built into the deck at the stern where guests can sit with a fishing rod, rest after swimming, and use the deck shower behind the seat. Marex has designed an innovative fender storage solution so that wet fenders are not stored in the cockpit but along the side passages. For swimming and bathing, a flip-out ladder is built into the swim platform and concealed by a teak hatch. The side walkways are wide enough to move comfortably, and the protective rails are raised to a sufficient height. The 330 Scandinavia won the Best Family Boat award.
Options and Innovations
Solar panels of up to 900 watts can be installed on the roof to run the fridge and freezer, allowing the owner to stay away from shore power for extended periods. A bicycle, paddleboard, or kayak rack on the hardtop is available. A multifunctional sunpad on the foredeck can double as a floating water toy, creating a private beach for the whole family to enjoy. The helm features an extended dashboard with two Simrad touch screens providing all necessary information and easily viewed regardless of whether the skipper is sitting or standing. An additional sliding door opens to the starboard passageway, allowing the skipper to step out from the helm to facilitate mooring.
