About this vessel
Freyja, a 2015 Beneteau Oceanis 48, is a proven offshore cruiser. This boat has the very popular 3-cabin, 2-head layout and comes well equipped for passage making, extended cruising, and comes ICW ready. The Oceanis 48 was designed for maximum performance and maximum comfort. The beam is carried all the way aft with a hard chine which allows the boat to heal to the chine and then track beautifully, getting 'into the groove' with both speed and comfort. The hard chine also serves to increase the interior volume above the waterline, so the living quarters are generous and can accommodate a family or a couple with guests.
The large aft cockpit has a fibreglass arch forward and a stainless steel arch aft, with davits and solar panels installed. The full-width, fold-down transom can be raised and lowered with the push of a button.
