About this vessel
Beneteau Oceanis 48 from 2012, brought by the owner in July 2012 and used by the same person for 11 years. Turkish flagged vessel with 1150 engine hours.
The 75 HP Yanmar Diesel Common Rail Turbo engine runs flawlessly, and the Dock & Go system joystick works without issue. The boat features a bow thruster and excellent battery setup: AGM batteries for Dock & Go replaced in March 2023, service batteries replaced in March 2023, and engine battery replaced in 2022.
Exterior: Hull thunder grey gelcoat; teak deck in very good condition with teak in the cockpit; teak gangway; fixed composite arch in the cockpit with LED lighting; teak table with cabinet in the cockpit and table lamp; 2 remote-controlled electric swim platforms (285×78 cm); stainless steel swim ladder with hot and cold water shower.
Navigation and electronics: Simrad chartplotter with 12" touchscreen, autopilot, depth and wind indicators, and sea water temperature sensor; Navionics Platinum package map; Simrad VHF radio and handheld radio; 2 compasses, one on port and one on starboard. 1500 W Lewmar windlass with remote control, counter and control in the cockpit.
Power and energy: 820 W solar panel with two separate MPPTs and 4 German solar panels at the front; 2000 W pure sine wave inverter; complete LED lighting throughout.
Climate control: Air conditioning with 2 units in the master cabin and saloon, Domatic USA in the two aft cabins. Eberspächer heater D6 type heats 3 cabins and the saloon; full service and maintenance done in 2022.
Sails and rigging: Furling mainsail Dacron and genoa, serviced by North Sails in March 2023; 2 manual H60 genoa winches, 1 H46 winch, and 1 electric winch; 2 leather-covered 90 cm wheels in very good condition.
Anchoring: Ultra anchor 27 kg; 100 meters of 12 mm chain in very good condition; Quick line 80 meters and drum 100 meters stern line.
Interior: 3 cabins. Saloon and cockpit upholstery renewed in 2021; marine mattresses in the cabins renewed in 2021. Sprayhood and bimini fully renewed in 2021. Front-opening fridge (130 liters, 12V), top-opening fridge (100 liters, 12V), and top-opening deep freezer (35 liters, 12V). 3-burner stove with oven and 2 LPG tanks. 2 electric toilets. 2 waste water tanks: 64 liters in the rear, 48 liters in the front bathroom. Foot pump for sea water in the kitchen. Storage under floorboards for bottles.
Water and fuel: 3 water tanks with 700 liters total; 2 fuel tanks with 400 liters total.
Entertainment and safety: Fusion music system with Sony speakers and Bluetooth. Automatic life jackets and safety belts. Radar reflector and flares safety package. 6-person life raft and 4 fire extinguishers. 2 boat hooks, deck sunshade, and wheel and instrument covers. Sprayhood, aft bimini, and deck hammock.
Tender and extras: 9.8 HP Tohatsu engine (20 hours) with 275 Gala aluminum-bottomed dinghy (2021); anchor, swim ladder, and fuel tank for the dinghy. Magma gas BBQ. 4 sun loungers. SUP (280×80 cm yoga type) with paddle, pump, and carrying bag.
