About this vessel
Welcome aboard this 65ft centerboard aluminium yacht built by renowned GARCIA shipyard, a blue water specialist with 40 years of tailored expertise in the 40ft to 90ft range. The design was signed by the Barret-Racoupeau yacht design office and executed as a custom build to allow sailing far and fast with comfort and elegance.
The current owner (the second) and family spent wonderful cruises across the Mediterranean between Spain and Corsica. They undertook modifications in 2020 and engaged in a large and extensive refit in 2023 with a renowned refit specialist. The yacht is in mint condition and is very capable of long distance adventure sailing. She is easily sailed shorthanded, and there is not much she cannot do.
The overall 2023 refit represents a comprehensive renewal. The topsides received ALEXSEAL Premium topcoat in Santorini blue, the upper structure in white, and the mast and boom received new ALEXSEAL Premium topcoat paint. The sprayhood windscreens were replaced with mineral glass. All deck fittings were removed and checked. The centerboard system received a full check with sensor replacement. The hydraulic system was fully checked. The SPARCRAFT aluminum mast and PETITJEAN carbon boom were fully checked. The main engine was replaced with a new IVECO FPT N40, 250HP. A new shaft and GORI foldable propeller were installed. A new fuel filtration system was fitted. The interiors underwent extensive renovations including new materials and finishes in the owner cabin and head ensuite. A new WEBASTO Thermo Pro 90D heater and WEBASTO P48M AC system were installed. A new full electronic FURUNO NAVNET system was installed, comprising radar, chartplotter, and pilot. The electrical installation (220V / 12V / 24V) was completely replaced. New bilge pumps were fitted throughout. A new MIELE washing and dryer machine was installed. New thrusters—MaxPower hydraulic retractable bow and stern thrusters—were added.
The vessel is French flagged with EU VAT paid, currently lying in Granville, Normandy.
