A hidden gem indeed. This 2023 Greenline 45 Fly motoryacht is a standout example of Greenline's innovative flybridge range, combining a distinctive forward-thinking design and power system with exceptional comfort and liveability.
Although the model is a '45', this vessel actually measures 50 feet in length, delivering close to 1,000 square feet of living spaces, one of the most spacious layouts in her class. Her diesel engines are paired with a Yanmar H-Drive hybrid propulsion system, offering the flexibility of both conventional and hybrid power for versatile and efficient cruising. On a sunny day, the extended solar array and sizeable lithium battery bank allows the boat to function in "hotel mode", running aircons without the need for a noisy generator.
Derived in part from sailboat lines and characterised by a deep forefoot and rounded bottom, the boat's "superdisplacement hull" slips through water with minimal drag, lowering horsepower needs and fuel burn. Its broadened bow and rounded hull maximize interior cabin space forward.
Well-maintained by one owner since new, the yacht's interior is open, bright, and thoughtfully appointed. Large windows flood the living spaces with natural light and connect the interior with the surrounding seascape. A stabiliser offers additional comfort.
The interior features three cabins: a full-beam midship master cabin with en suite, a forward VIP guest suite with en suite, and an additional guest cabin with French double bed. Furniture is in white oak with turquoise blue leather details, sand carpet, and dark laminated floor. Upgrades include a starboard sofa and a lowerable dining table with infill cushion.
Climate control is provided by a tropical reverse cycle air conditioning system with five units throughout the vessel. The boat is equipped with a quick gyroscopic stabiliser for additional comfort.
Exterior features include a forward deck sun bathing area upgrade with sunbed and backrest, eco teak decking in the cockpit, side decks and bathing platform, and an exterior galley package at the transom with electric BBQ and sink. The flybridge features a bimini top with stainless steel support and LED lighting. An illumination package includes underwater lights on the transom, courtesy lights on side deck steps, illuminated side deck pillars, ambient lighting throughout, pop-up lights at the bow sunpad, and LED floodlights for the transom. An electric opening provides access to aft toy storage via a lifting cockpit bench and table.
The heads include electric marine toilets with dual valve fresh and sea water flushing, city water connection, and a chain and anchor wash-down system. A microwave with grill function completes the galley.
Navigation electronics include a 12" touchscreen multifunction display with built-in GPS/WiFi at the helm station, a 12" touchscreen multifunction display with built-in GPS/WiFi at the flybridge, a hydraulic autopilot system with colour control unit, radar, four cameras connected to the plotter, and a chain counter at the flybridge station. A stainless steel radar mast is fitted.
