About this vessel
This is a turn-key boat offering very versatile layout options. The owner frequently uses it visiting the islands with friends and family. You can configure it as either two massive suites with three heads, or three, or four cabins. The forward cabin features his and hers heads with showers—you can use one for showering and keep the other dry. The aft cabin is a spacious full-beam suite with its own ensuite head. By using dividing walls, you can transform the boat into a 3 or even 4 cabin arrangement, sleeping up to 8 people. The dinette can drop and become a berth for 2. It comes with a 10 person life raft to accommodate the crew.
As a serious bluewater boat, the dinghy is stored on the forward deck. Real teak is found throughout the cockpit and decks. At the stern, there is a solar panel frame with support for the outboard motor and a propane barbecue.
The current owner purchased her in Europe and sailed safely and comfortably with his family from the Med to the Caribbean, then up to Fort Lauderdale, followed by many sails to Key West, the Abacos and the Bahamas. In December 2021 she sailed to the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. The owner uses the boat as much as possible, keeping all systems functional.
In July 2021, the teak decks were restored and all chrome polished. The fiberglass deck and hull were refinished and any wear on the inside cabinetry was restored. In August 2021, blemishes to the gelcoat on the deck were refinished, addressing spider cracks and chips.
A thorough survey was performed on June 7th, 2023, available to serious buyers. Everything works!
2023 Upgrades
In January 2023 in Tortola: new bottom paint, new zincs, new through hull valve, new UV covers on Genoa and Main, professional inspection and service of standing rigging, and professional maintenance on the prop shaft and struts.
In March 2023 in Puerto Rico: chart plotter at Nav Station replaced with a Raymarine Axiom-12, engine sound proofing shields replaced, engine serviced, engine and accessories painted, new windlass control, and new DC outlets with USB ports.
New bottom paint was applied in January 2023. The boat is tax paid, making it available for sale to US residents while in US waters.
