About this vessel
This is a 4-cabin sailing yacht with a modern interior finished in Alpi sand oak with Fortezza floors. The port bow compartment features a berth, toilet, shower, and sink with a dedicated black water tank.
The yacht is equipped with dual Nanni N4-115 hp engines with electronic engine throttle and all-electric winches. The galley is well-appointed with a 24V 130-litre fridge, 230V microwave oven and grill, and a 230V Miele dishwasher for 14 settings. Laundry facilities include a 230V Miele washing machine (9kg) and dryer (7kg).
Comfort features include fresh water dock inlet, deck wash pump capability (sea water and fresh water) to the forward cockpit and aft transom, fresh water electric toilets, cabin and salon fans, and deck courtesy lighting throughout the cockpit, transoms, and flybridge. The aft cockpit includes a 24V 70-litre fridge. A Webasto reverse cycle air conditioning and heating system serves the interior.
Navigation and communication are managed by a 2023 Raymarine navigation pack including multifunction i70s displays at the helm station and chart table, P70s autopilot with ACU-400 actuator control unit and gyro, speed/depth/temperature and wind transducers, RAY90 VHF with wireless handset at helm station, AIS700 transceiver, and Axiom Pro 16-inch and 12-inch displays. Raymarine cameras are also fitted.
Entertainment includes Fusion audio systems throughout the salon, forward cockpit, aft cockpit, and flybridge with multiple loudspeakers.
The yacht features composite and aluminium construction with white painted aluminium mast and boom with graphite cover. Deck equipment includes a stainless steel dinghy hoist system with manual winches (500kg max load), forward and aft pulpits with wooden seats, under water LED spot lights (blue), director chairs, and a composite bimini with windows, LED lights, windshield, and athermal curtains on the flybridge.
Electrical systems comprise 8x210A gel service batteries (in addition to standard capacity), a 5kVA 24/230V inverter, batteries controller, and charger. An electrical bow thruster (24V, 170 kgf) on the starboard side has dedicated batteries (4x50A) and a 30A charger. Shore power supplies 230V at 63A with 230V outlets and USB sockets throughout.
Grey water holding tanks (2x120 litres) support the water circuit. The yacht benefits from indirect lighting in cabins and salon, aft windows with opening porthole and blind in aft cabins, and comprehensive upholstery and soft furnishings in dark grey throughout the cockpits and flybridge.
The vessel is launched, rigged, and antifouled, with diesel fuel, anchor set, four dock lines, and eight fenders included.
