The 41 Type S deliberately has a stripped-back look in order to achieve a target light displacement of just 9 tons. The emphasis has been placed on performance and ease of handling, with a powerful rig and overlapping headsail. This upcoming replacement for the 40 Open stands out from the current production by its design, which incorporates the possibility of a "reshape" from the outset, meaning that the owner can transform their catamaran if they wish to change their program.
