About this vessel
This pocket luxury yacht is the smallest in the Pure X range, blending quality, performance and styling with cruising capability. A performance cruising yacht capable of long journeys and also quick weekend getaways. The design philosophy was very clear from the outset: it had to be an incredible comfort combination of sailing, control and living.
Absolutely new with top equipment and handed over ready to sail. Winner of the European Yacht of the Year Award 2020.
Exterior
The hull has been designed to maximise strength and stiffness using epoxy resin whilst saving weight. This provides the yacht with incredible stability, giving the crew more control and comfort. With her bow thruster, she gives great control when berthing.
The wrap around teak provides easy access to the whole deck, as well as space to enjoy the sun during sailing. The cockpit is also teak flooring with double helm steering. The standard deck layout comes with 4 winches, two halyards, self-tacker sheet and control line winches next to the entrance, and two main sheet winches aft of the cockpit's backrest coamings within reach of the helmsman. The deck has an integrated recessed self-tacker track for an 88% jib. She also comes with coach roof top longitudinal Genoa tracks and two dedicated Genoa sheet winches on top of the cockpit backrest coamings, enabling the Genoa size to go up to 106% for improved light wind performance.
The yacht provides the perfect space for crew sailing as well as entertaining. On deck or below deck, the X-Yachts 4.0 Performance provides ample space.
Interior
This interior is designed to maximise the space available with light finishing and furnishings to fully take advantage of the sunlight. The fixings are to the highest standard and add to the aesthetic instead of being a distraction.
The layout uses the space inside efficiently and effectively, with the master cabin at the bow and a double berth guest cabin aft. The saloon has a large dining area and an L-shaped galley.
The teak has been designed and implemented to ensure surface run-off. She has been designed with a galvanised steel keel grillage structure with its primary role to spread keel and mast loads into the hull. It also enables the yacht to withstand extreme shock loads from grounding or an impact with a submerged object. The keel structure is immensely strong, reliable, and very easy to inspect for potential damage.
