This pocket luxury yacht is the smallest in the Pure X range; blending quality, performance and styling with cruising capability. A 40 ft performance cruising yacht which is capable of long journeys and also quick weekend getaways. The design philosophy was very clear from the outset. It had to be an incredible comfort combination of sailing, control and living.

Exterior
The X-Yachts 4.0 Performance hull has been designed to maximise the strength and stiffness using epoxy resin whilst saving weight. This provides the yacht with incredible stability giving the crew more control and comfort. With her bow thruster, she even gives great control when berthing.
Lifestyle on the X-Yacht
The wrap around teak provides easy access to the whole deck, as well as space to enjoy the sun during sailing. The cockpit is also teak flooring with double helm stirring. The standard deck layout comes with: 4 winches, two halyards, self-tacker sheet and control line winches next to the entrance, and two main sheet winches aft of the cockpit's backrest coamings within reach of the helmsman. The deck has an integrated recessed self-tacker track for an 88% jib. She also comes with coach roof top longitudinal Genoa tracks and two dedicated Genoa sheet winches on top of the cockpit backrest coamings, enabling the Genoa size to go up to 106% for improved light wind performance.

Interior
The Architecture of Freedom
This interior is designed to maximise the space available with also light finishing and furnishings to fully take advantage of the sunlight. The fixings are to the highest standard and adds to the aesthetic instead of being a distraction.
This layout uses the space inside efficiently and effectively. With the master cabin at the bow and a double berth guest cabin aft. The saloon has a large dining area and the L-shaped galley.
Sophisticated All-Weather Design
Having a boat that can withstand the change in weather is important. The teak has been designed and implemented in a way to ensure surface run-off.
She has been designed with a galvanised steel keel grillage structure with its primary role to spread keel and mast loads into the hull and it also enables the yacht to withstand extreme shock loads from grounding or an impact with a submersed object. Not only is the keel structure immensely strong, it is also reliable and very easy to inspect for potential damage.
Master Cabin
The master cabin is a double berth at the bow, with storage space. The head shower and toilet is a shared part of the boat for all guests.
Guest Cabin
The double guest cabin is located aft.
Saloon
Saloon with full functional L-galley and dining area on port side – the starboard contains the extra sofa for more seating.
