This 2007 Fantasy is a 19 x 90 Widebody with three bedrooms, all on a single level with no cuddies, no ducking required to move about, and no stairs inside. Wide doorways in every entrance and double pocket doors into the master bedroom provide easy flow throughout.

The boat underwent comprehensive renovations in 2023. The exterior received new white paint, new exterior wall panels on both sides, new Dibond panels to replace canvas, and a new solid top over the flybridge. The interior features new ceiling panels front and back, new interior blinds, and new foam stair treads. The deck received new gel coat and a complete top caulk, seal and coat. Railings were powder coat painted new.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a huge storage room underneath accessed via hydraulic lift. Two guest bedrooms offer a king bed in one and two full beds in the other. Both bathrooms are roomy with large tile showers and glass sliding doors. The main bathroom includes a double vanity. The living room centers on a large kitchen island with seating for eight, ideal for entertaining. A separate laundry closet houses washer and dryer.

All new Thor appliances include refrigerator, range, microwave, ice maker, and dishwasher. Granite countertops are featured in the kitchen, bar, island, and bathrooms. A new kitchen sink and faucet were installed. Water resistant, high quality vinyl plank flooring is throughout.

The boat is powered by twin V8 5.0L Mercruiser Bravo II sterndrive gasoline engines with 58 hours on each. Engine service, lower unit service, gimbal bearings, and generator hoses were all serviced in 2023. A 15.0 KW Westerbeke generator provides power. Two 93 gallon gas tanks supply the engines.

Fresh water capacity totals 225 gallons across three tanks, with two 19 gallon hot water heaters. Black water storage is 350 gallons. A new fresh water pump was installed. Two 50 amp electric shore power connections provide dock power. A Marine Air Geothermal unit offers cooling and heating with 42,000 BTU capacity, controlled by Wi-Fi thermostat.

A new Victron Multiplus II inverter and 8 battery bank supply power. A 12 volt system with charger and 2 batteries operates the head, water pump, and basic light functions. New rope lights are installed front, rear, and top, with new LED rope light on the stairwell. New ceiling fans are located front, rear, and top. New spotlight and exterior lights complete the lighting.

Hydraulic lift and lower swim platform provides easy water access. New top deck lounge chairs and cushions offer relaxation space. Vinyl enclosures for front and back are included. Brackets to tote a jet ski are included. Two rear deck lockers provide additional storage. Storage throughout includes drawers installed under guest beds and under each full bed, kitchen island storage, and bar storage.
