About this vessel
The 54M Superyacht Hull represents a rare opportunity for a serious conversion project. Built in 1968 by the Dutch yard E.J. Smit & Zoon, she was originally constructed as a cable-laying vessel, a role that required exceptional strength, reliability and endurance. Designed for the challenging northern seas, her steel hull features plating several millimeters thicker than class requirements, providing outstanding durability and seakeeping ability.
After over 30 years of reliable service and a previous conversion into a classic yacht, she has been stripped to her bare steel framework and is now ready for a visionary transformation.
Her projected performance adds to the appeal. She is capable of crossing oceans multiple times without refueling, making her an excellent candidate for serious, long-distance cruising once converted.
