About this vessel
Center cockpit ketch, an off-shore proven Crealock design. GRP construction, launched approximately 1975. This vessel is set up as an off-the-grid live aboard with the options to cruise or go offshore with the appropriate safety and approval checks.
The vessel features 6.3m headroom, an aft cabin with double berth and two singles forward. It has been well fitted out with numerous systems and equipment for extended cruising. The current owner of 13 years is retiring from the sea and wants the vessel sold.
Recently serviced and prepared: antifouled, Prop Speed applied, and motor service completed, ready to go for the new owner. Currently berthed at Hobsonville Marina with an option to purchase the current berth or a swing mooring at Herald Island. Includes a plastic dinghy and outboard.
