About this vessel
This 1987 Genesis 3100 Export really stands out from the crowd. She is very well maintained and runs great.
She is a very good boat for a couple heading out on long trips, or for a group of mates on a fishing trip. The teak cockpit and swim platform are both large, and the hardtop provides good shade over the cockpit area. Built into the helm seat are three large fridges and a freezer, offering plenty of room to store everything you need for a trip. There is also a large storage area under the floor to port of the helm.
The helm offers excellent visibility and is fitted out with everything you need, including a pair of Raymarine Plotters with Radar and a more modern Garmin plotter. The VHF Radio and window wiper controls are also within easy reach.
Moving down into the bow, there is a large open saloon with a well-equipped galley to port offering good amounts of storage. A large curved couch runs forward and around the bow table area to starboard. The head with shower is to starboard, and a separate cabin with a bed sits aft under the helm area.
Powered by a single 350hp Mercruiser Diesel with Digital Throttle, she cruises happily all day at 20 knots and can reach close to 30 when needed. The engine is easy to access under the cockpit floor. The current engine was rebuilt and installed in September 2020, along with a new Bravo III Stern and transom shield. The engine was upgraded from 320hp to 350hp in January 2026, when the engine hours were not much over 1,000. The antifouling and stern leg service were also carried out at the same time in January. With one of the share owners being a Mercury Mechanic, the engine and leg have been well maintained.
