Overview

About this vessel

This unique Staysail Schooner is a genuine "South Seas Windship" and "Cape Horner". Designed by Hans P Petersen and built in 1990, specifically for the vessel's current owners by Lubbe Voss of Germany, to a very high standard of construction combining high grade steel and stainless steel in hull, decks and superstructure.

Auxiliary power is via a Deutz 100hp air-cooled diesel. This versatile ocean going vessel has keel stepped Oregon masts and spars including Spruce yard arms for optional Brigantine rig.

Maintained to an even higher standard than when built, this superb vessel presents well, has previously been in commercial survey with owner skipper for sail training and research purposes. This Schooner is available to be used as an exclusive private yacht, charter, sail training or research vessel in a ready to sail away condition.

Just completed hardstand maintenance March 2025, new antifouling, anode, paint and brightwork with a hull and decks survey carried out by a IIMS registered marine surveyor available for review.
