A 1990 Heesen Motor Yacht offering substantial accommodation and extensive electronics and entertainment systems throughout. The vessel features an aluminum hull with teak-overlay decks and a welded hull-deck joint, with a raked and flared stem and flat aluminum stern. The superstructure is aluminum, painted white with black boot stripe.
The pilothouse and navigation suite includes dual Furuno 120-mile radar systems, Garmin and Furuno GPS units networked through six Hatteland monitors and ship's computers, Sperry Navipilot autopilot, Nobeltec Insight sonar, dual Sailor VHF radios with DSC, Furuno Navtex receiver, and Furuno Felcom 15 Inmarsat satellite messaging terminal.
Entertainment systems are extensive: Intellian satellite TV with DirecTV receivers, Samsung, Vizio, and LG televisions throughout the vessel with Apple TV, Sony Blu-ray, and Xbox connectivity, eight Denon AV receivers networked across the yacht, and a Fusion stereo system on the sundeck. A 4-networked control system with panels throughout manages onboard systems. Internet connectivity includes Pepwave cellular router and Sea Tel Cobham VSAT.
The galley features a five-burner Wolf induction stovetop and Wolf oven, with a powered extraction hood. Refrigeration is comprehensive: custom stainless-steel galley units, Sub-Zero and U-Line wine chillers, and multiple icemakers throughout. Two laundry areas contain LG washers and Miele dryers. A DCS by Fisher & Paykel barbecue is installed on deck.
Propulsion comprises twin MTU 12V4000 M90 diesel engines with jet drive, installed in 2007 producing 2736 horsepower total. Twin Onan generators provide auxiliary power. A Quantum hydraulic bow thruster (150 HP) and Naiad/Quantum hydraulic fin-type 404 stabilizers with zero-speed function provide station-keeping and comfort. The steering system is Kamewa with three stations. Hydraulic systems are supported by engines via PTO and dedicated pumps with multiple reservoirs.
Deck equipment includes two electric Steen horizontal anchor windlasses with two 425-foot chains of galvanized steel, two gantry cranes integrated into the aft deck overhead for the dinghy davit, and two electric Steen capstans on the aft deck. A custom carbon fiber gangway and removable aluminum swim ladder are provided. Two Speedaire air compressors support compressed air distribution via 100-liter and 50-liter tanks.
Climate control is provided by a domestic air conditioning system with three chillers, 360,000 BTU cooling capacity, multiple air handlers throughout, two Baldor/Scot seawater pumps, and fresh air make-up via two Cuge Marine systems.
