Overview
About this vessel
This is a fabulous boat from 1996 which is in near-perfect condition. The boat has had one owner since 1998 when it was changed to Spanish flag with all the taxes paid.
The owners have put a lot of time and money into maintaining and improving this boat. They used to spend the summers travelling around the Mediterranean going from Palma de Mallorca to as far as Greece and sometimes Turkey. Due to their travels and love for the boat, they have ensured that this boat would get her annual engine services and antifouling every year as well as always fixing any cosmetic scratches. This was last completed in April 2022. The engines have also gone through an overhaul when they reached their 20 year mark.
This Princess V52 has immense improvements on board. The owners installed a permanent hard top over the cockpit area as well as an aft retractable bimini. You can enjoy long summers at sea with the upgraded electric ring stove in the exterior bbq area. This boat also comes with 2 fridges and 2 freezers — one fridge-freezer in the galley, one fridge in the bbq area and one freezer fitted in the storage area by the garage.
All her upholstery looks brand new as well as her stunning teak. The owners even bought special customised teak covers and clip down. The interior is immaculate, with new carpet flooring and like-new cabins. They have even installed a safe on board.
Exterior
The exterior of this boat looks brand new. The upholstery is like new as well as the unblemished teak. The BBQ area is perfect for sunny days whilst relaxing with a cold drink from the exterior fridge. The sun loungers aft fit up to 4 people as well as the exterior dining table does drop out to become a further sun lounger. At the bow, there is further sun loungers as well as a bimini to shade from the heat. With the help of the two different anchor heads and a 60 metre chain, you can anchor in the most wonderful places and unique scenery. Whilst at anchor, enjoy exploring small coves or take a trip to land with the Avon tender.
The owners have mentioned there could be a possibility to take over the mooring if discussed with their current Marina.
Interior
As you step down into the interior, you will be breath taken by the size and exquisite interior. The galley is on the port side with the dining table on the starboard. The table does drop down to become another double berth bed if needed. There is a working TV on board which can be viewed in the saloon. There is a bolon carpet in the saloon and a moquette carpet in the cabins. Under these carpets is plenty of storage for dry food or drinks. This is also where you will find the safe which is perfect when off travelling the Mediterranean.
