This 1996 Sea Ray 370 Sedan Bridge has been well cared for and presents well. Over $110k has been spent on servicing in the last three years, and she is ready to go for summer.
The saloon is large, with good seating to port and a galley down to starboard, which leads into the two double cabins and a good-sized head and shower. The good-sized cockpit has a large sliding door from the saloon, giving easy access in and out. The walk-through transom and large swim platform further increase the usable area.
Powered by twin Cat 3116 diesels and shaft drive, she is easy to maintain and cruises at 18 knots. A $4.3k service invoice from March 2025 is available. Haulout in October 2025 for jet wash and new anodes where needed.
The flybridge helm has great visibility and is well laid out with a Raymarine Plotter, Autopilot, Trim Tabs, Simrad VHF, Stereo and a Searchlight, etc. Also included is a 7KVA Westerbeke generator.
The marina berth could also be continued to be rented if the new owner wishes to be based at Half Moon Bay.
A 12m marina berth at Pine Harbour is included as part of a package from the sellers.
Work done in the last three years totals over $110k.
Engines (Cat 3116): All new cooling components including pumps and hoses ($25k). Port engine full top-end rebuild including new head and turbo ($43k). March 2025 full service ($4.3k). Work done by TwoSixTwo Marine – Nigel Wearing (Ex Cat Mechanic).
Shafts/Rudders: Discovered slight movement in rudders and a leaking steering ram. Rudders removed, repacked, sealed and reinstalled. New steering ram installed. Shafts removed, all bushes and seals replaced, shafts tested for straightness and engines re-aligned. Propspeed on shafts and rubbers. Genset removed, new engine mounts installed, fully serviced and reinstalled. All skin fittings checked and repaired (brass) or replaced (plastic) as required. New start batteries. Work done by Eastern Marine ($25k).
Antifoul: New antifoul. Work done by Bill at HMB.
Electrical: Both alternators replaced. New house batteries. New genset battery. New fans in Victron Charger. New Smart Chargers installed, ensuring start batteries charge before house, and all batteries charged from engines as well as shore power and genset. Work done by HMB Electrical, over $10k.
Hauled out for jet wash and anodes October 2025. Generally in very good mechanical condition and ready to roll for summer.
