Accommodation and Facilities
The vessel features four double beds and four single beds across two bathrooms with two toilets and two showers. Hot-water system and equipped galley are installed. There is a separate lounge and television area, along with a six-pump automatic bilge system. Solar power system with electrical upgrades, batteries and inverters have been fitted.
Tender and Ground Tackle
Tender purchased new in 2019 with a 2019 Mercury 15 hp outboard. Remote-operated anchor system installed in 2021 with new 30 lb pick and stainless-steel chain.
Safety Equipment
18 life jackets, EPIRB upgraded with an anti-float system in 2021, marine open-water-certified medical kits, and flares.
Maintenance and Upgrades
The vessel underwent an extensive refit in 2019, including fibreglass work, engine and gearbox work, rigging, paint, refrigeration, carpet, toilets and engine-room bearer refurbishment. Antifouling, slipping and out-of-water maintenance were completed in 2021, with further maintenance and checks also completed in 2021. New navigation and chart plotter equipment, new paint and antifouling, starboard engine fully rebuilt, new solar system wiring, batteries and inverters, new starboard prop shaft, and new PSS shaft seals fitted to both sides have all been installed. The original rigging has been removed. A new furling headsail and associated wires are available.
Boat only: No charter business, bookings, branding or other business assets are included in the sale. The seller may consider hiring the vessel back for commercial use, subject to a separate agreement with the new owner.
