Below decks, the mid-cabin floorplan provides overnight accommodations for four adults in a cabin that boasts a full 6 feet of headroom. Considering the size of the cockpit, the interior of the Signature 260 is very generous and includes an enclosed head compartment as well as a small galley and adequate storage. A curved settee is opposite the stylish helm with a walk-thru windshield providing access to the foredeck.
Saloon: V-shaped dining area with table and seating up to six people. Seating converts to offer a good sized double V-berth with plenty of stowage below. Carpeted throughout.

Chaparral 260 Signature, built in 2000 by Chaparral Boats (US) # US-FGBC0696D000. GRP hull, deck, and superstructure - Planing Deep-V hull - Extended V-Plane. The Chaparral Signature 260 is a classy family weekender of quality construction and good overall performance. She rides on a balsa-cored modified Deep-V hull, and Chaparral claims that her “Extended V-Plane” bottom design translates into quicker planing and a softer ride. The Signature 260 is indeed a good-handling boat and visibility from the raised helm is excellent.
