2000 Sea Ray 480 Sedan Bridge for sale in Half Moon Bay
Overview
About this vessel
The Ataahua is a Sea Ray 480 Sedan Bridge, offering a vacation haven with luxurious living space both indoors and on the stunning command bridge. The well-appointed cabin provides easy movement throughout with molded steps to the bridge and deck, plus convenient transom door access to the extra large swim platform.
The command bridge features a fiberglass hardtop and full enclosure, the perfect place to entertain. Curved bench seating forward of the helm gives guests a spectacular view. A bridge cocktail table converts to a sunpad with matching filler cushions. Guests can help themselves from the fully appointed wet bar or lounge on the forward deck sunpad. The helm console houses considerable instrumentation and two captain's chairs provide absolute comfort for piloting in total confidence.
Below deck, the forward master stateroom is plush with a full-size pedestal bed, enclosed gunwale cabinets, and an entertainment centre with television. It features a fully equipped private head with circular shower and VacuFlush toilet. The portside guest stateroom, equally spacious with a full-size bed, circular skylight and private head and shower, is large enough that the owner might use it as the master suite. A third stateroom to starboard contains double bunks.
The salon is extremely livable with an electric convertible sofa and an entertainment center equipped with television and stereo with six speakers. The galley is fully equipped with a flush-mounted three-burner electric stove, microwave-convection oven, coffee maker, and refrigerator and freezer set under the counter. A dinette seats four opposite the galley.
The vessel is superbly constructed with high-performance vinylester resin, 316 stainless steel bow and deck rails, and a self-bailing fiberglass cockpit with a gas-assisted bilge service hatch. Underwater, it is protected by seacocks on all fittings and dripless shaft logs with an extra seal carrier kit.
Recent upgrades and service history include: new water strainers for engines (2025), engines and genset service (2025), new antifoul, Propspeed, cut and polish topsides (2025), new genset battery, bow thruster battery and anodes (2025). In 2024, a new hot water cylinder and water system upgrade were installed, along with engines and generator service and a replaced anchor winch. Previous owner upgrades include a 200LPH CJS water-maker, dual 12-inch Garmin screens with radar and CHIRP sounder, Permateak in cockpit and on the hydraulic duckboard, new television systems with Xbox, underwater lights, new fitted bedding and linen, four Isotherm draw fridge-freezers, new 240w hobs, new anchor winch with chain and anchor, and new stainless steel seacocks.
