The J/105 has also proven to be a great entry point for double-handed racing and has won the RORC Yacht of the Year and scored notable double-handed wins in the Rolex Fastnet Race and the Rolex Middle Sea Race.
Scrumpy (under here previous name of 'Juliette') has competed in 3 previous Fastnet races in 2017, 2019 and 2021. And since the current owners have owned the boat, she has raced at Royal Cork Week in 2024 where she achieved a creditable 4th in IRC2.
