About this vessel
A custom-built catamaran from 2007 that has been beautifully converted in 2021–22. She would make a perfect luxury liveaboard or potential Air Bnb. Powered by twin Ford diesel engines with bow thrusters. Must be viewed to be appreciated fully.
Currently on a liveaboard mooring in Essex Marina, which is available for the new owners to continue.
Lou-La has 7 berths located in the cabins and pilothouse. The interior has an extensive refit completed in 2021–22.
Saloon/Lounge area with a large brown corner sofa, storage, and TV. Many windows and skylight make the room very light. A conservatory area aft features a rattan style table and chairs with doors opening to the deck.
Galley/Kitchen equipped with a Bosch four pan induction hob, Bosch twin ovens and grill, twin sink and tap, fridge freezer, and many storage cupboards. A door opens onto the deck.
Master cabin with a large double bed, chest of drawers and additional drawer units, reading lights, and windows with curtains or blinds.
Bathroom with toilet, bath with stand-in shower, towel rail, sink and tap, and storage cupboard.
Crew cabin with two single beds and storage cupboards.
Pilothouse/Upper aft deck area with helm position, one helm seat, access to all navigation aids and engine controls, two settees that can be used as additional berths, and double doors opening to the upper aft deck area. A large grey rattan seating area for 11+ people with a table, and additional table and chairs set further aft.
The boat is moulded GRP and Airex foam construction.
