Celestina is a 2008 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 36i, a high-performance cruising yacht built for comfort and designed for those looking for a relaxed way of getting away from it all. Its cutting-edge Sun Odyssey family design give it the personality of a real blue-water boat, whilst its technical fittings are unequalled.

The vessel is in very good condition. All sails, rigging, winches, electrics, electronics, engine and outboard for the dingy are in very good condition, most of it serviced annually. The rigging has been renewed in 2018, apart from the furling bow stay. The lazy jack was renewed in 2023 and the boom cover has been renewed in 2026. All sails halyards and furling halyard have been renewed, and the boom vang has been renewed. The genoa has been renewed in 2019 and is a furling genoa with mainsail totalling 64 m². An 80 m² gennaker, plus sock and accessories, is included but rarely used. Antifouling has been refreshed bi-annually, last in October 2025.

The cabin accommodates seven people with two permanent double berths—one in the forward owners cabin with V-berth and one in the aft owners cabin—plus a third double berth in the seating area that is created by lowering the table. The galley includes a two-burner gas stove with oven. The toilet room features a manual toilet with holding tank, sink, separate shower, and electric drainage pump. A large storage room aft of the shower provides easy access for storage of sails and tools.

The cockpit features teak inlay on bench seating and a specially designed fold-away table. A generous Bimini top extends to a spray hood and can be fitted with an extra sun cover. A tent to cover the ship from bow to stern is provided for weather protection. The vessel is equipped with one-line reefing system for two reefs in the mainsail, to be managed from the cockpit.

A complete Raymarine electronics suite is installed, including GPS, autopilot, wind, and speed instruments at the wheel, and VHF in the cabin with speaker at the wheel, all connected to each other. An electric anchor winch with operating switch at the helm includes a circuit breaker to avoid unintended operation.

The Yanmar diesel engine is serviced annually and runs very well. The vessel comes with an inflatable RIB tender measuring 2.15 metres with oars and 3hp Mercury outboard, with brackets at the stern of Celestina to hook the RIB on.
