About this vessel
The design of this Princess 23M 'MISS LIS' is timeless and elegant, with clean lines and a focus on aesthetic appeal. It has been designed for both comfort and performance. She is equipped with two Caterpillar C32 A engines that offer excellent maneuverability and speed, with dual Raymarine navigation systems, hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, and a remote-controlled anchor winch.
The yacht has generous outdoor areas, including a spacious aft deck, sunbeds at the bow and the flybridge, where guests can relax and enjoy the view.
The current owner has taken good care of the yacht and cruised for the last 3 years around in the Mediterranean with a skipper on board.

The spacious saloon aboard this Princess features both luxury and comfort. A fully integrated TV and sound system ensure premium onboard entertainment. With full air conditioning distributed across seven independent control units, guests remain comfortable in any climate.
The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the saloon to the dining area and galley, making this yacht ideal for both informal lounging and stylish entertaining.
MISS LIS features four elegant guest cabins, including a full-beam master suite, accommodating up to 8 guests in comfort. A fully fitted crew cabin for 2 crew ensures guest privacy.

MISS LIS has generous outdoor areas.
The bow features a spacious, cushioned sunbathing area perfect for relaxing, while the aft offers a dining area with a table and a generous swim platform, that allows for smooth and safe entry into the water.
The expansive flybridge is equipped with a well-appointed helm station for open-air navigation, a wet bar with grill and cooling box, and a spacious seating area shaded by a new Bimini top, making it a perfect place for al fresco dining. Behind the seating lounge, you find a crane to handle the tender.
Layout
MISS LIS features an exceptional layout both on deck and below.
Exterior: She offers elegant and spacious outdoor areas, designed for both relaxation and socializing, including the flybridge, the sunbeds at bow and the aft cockpit that is sheltered under the flybridge overhang for shade and a direct access to the swim platform and the main saloon.
Wide side decks lead to a foredeck sunbathing area, ideal for lounging in privacy. There are two access points to the interior - one at the aft leading into the saloon and one directly into the galley.
Interior: The saloon is bright and welcoming with panoramic windows, flowing seamlessly to a formal dining area and a fully equipped NEFF galley. Inside, you also find the well-equipped helm station with navigation systems.
Below deck, the yacht accommodates eight guests in a full-beam master suite, a forward VIP cabin, and two guest cabins - all with en-suite heads. All toilets aboard feature vacuum flush systems.
A fully fitted crew cabin ensures discreet service, and a Bosch laundry center adds convenience for extended cruising.
